Account Sites Security Analyzer
The SharePoint Account Sites Security Analyzer report provides a breakout of the sites where an account has been provided direct permissions. Direct permissions are defined access to the site without the use of a SharePoint Group or web application policy. The breakout will identify where direct permissions have been provided, at what permission level and the account name under which the user has permissions. Follow the “Yellow Brick Road” to find exactly where users have permissions within a site.

Sites Manager
The Sites Manager allows users to quickly identify a site using a tree structure display. The tool breaks out the site's composition by display all general site information, permissions, lists & libraries, site columns, site content types, established alerts, deployed features, and current event handlers. All attributes are displayed in a single page for easier viewing and manageability.

Dead Account Cleaner
The Dead Account Cleaner inventories profiles in the current SharePoint environment and compares them against the active profiles in the Active Directory. The tool flags discrepancies, letting users decide whether to remove the profile from SharePoint. Without a tool like the Dead Account Cleaner, many sites have names of profiles that no longer exist show up in member lists, permissions, and groups. For organizations running Enterprise, the feature proves valuable in insuring that e-cal licenses are weighed against only valid profiles. You can search for dead accounts by: Login Name, Display Name and/or Email Address of users.

List and Item Security Analyzer
With List and Item Security Analyzer Search and discover where a SharePoint group or Account has been provided access or items throughout the farm. Search the entire farm or refine a search by web application, site collection, managed path, specific site, or named URLs. The icon system allows embedded site permissions to quickly be located - follow the yellow icons until a green icon is located. Identify unique verses inherited security for lists and items within a list. Quickly assess item and list level security with immediate access to the administrative tools needed to manage those security levels.
