Richard Clarke (Principal & Senior Consultant)

In his position as Technical Director at DataCore, a Florida-based virtual storage firm, Rich has conceptualized and led the development of a powerful suite of virtual storage solutions. These solutions enable government and financial organizations worldwide to access and protect their data in a revolutionary new manner.

With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry as software technologist, manager, director and entrepreneur, Rich is the reason that Prinomic solutions are technologically sound and entirely reliable.

As President and Founder of RTware, Inc., a Durham, NC-based software development firm, Rich invented, developed and marketed ControlCalc, a real-time control and monitoring software. Today, ConctrolCalc drives the U.S. Navy’s airfield lighting control system, Japan’s municipal wastewater treatment plants, turbine controllers, and enterprise-level computer storage systems.

Rich obtained his Master's in Computer Science at the Hartford Graduate Center, Hartford, CT, and his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at the University of California, Berkeley.
 

Sharon Smith (Director of Marketing and Strategic Alliances)

Sharon Smith specializes in creating new or expanding markets by helping organizations understand and articulate marketing strategies and successful programs. She has successfully developed direct sales, channel sales and marketing teams to respond to new markets and products she helped create.

At Prinomic, Sharon helps define strategic direction through her interaction with technology companies that compliment SharePoint’s core strengths.

Sharon has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with minors in Computer Science and Economics from Regis University and is a fitness enthusiast who balances her personal time between exercise and the enjoyment of food when not facilitating the sports and school activities of her two teenage boys.
 

Paul Herbert (Creative Director)

Paul Herbert has a long association with cutting-edge new media technologies, which he has developed for a wide variety of commercial organizations, both as business tools and consumer products. Most recently, Paul was a Director at Random House in the UK, where he was responsible for all digital activities, including websites. Paul had previously helped develop a digital presence for a number of key organizations, including the European Government, UK National Health Service, Reed Books, Shell UK, BBC and Philips Consumer Electronics.

Paul is the “father” of many early-day multimedia disk productions for media like the Philips CD-I, laserdisc and CD-ROM.  He was instrumental in producing the first ebook program for Random House in the UK and developed their first mobile applications.

Paul provides creative direction and a solid practical foundation to enable Prinomic to provide systems that are user-friendly and meet the exacting needs of our clients and their customers.
 

Jessica Volk (Director of Operations)

Jessica has founded the editorial department of a large public health non-profit. She has helped ensure the flawless quality and ultimate success of many multi-million dollar public health campaigns.

Jessica is a widely known expert in social media marketing, spearheading Prinomic’s seminars and webcasts on topics like “Pitfalls of social media marketing,” “Twitter for business” and “Improve your business through social media.”

As Director of Operations at Prinomic Technologies, Jessica ensures that all of our business processes are in line with our standard of absolute customer satisfaction.

Jessica obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Smith College, Northampton, MA.
